SHIPPING POLICY
This shipping policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery times, tracking, customs and fees, and what applies in cases of delays or delivery issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed during our regular business days. Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we begin the processing of your order. During high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be longer. You will receive an order confirmation by email when we have received your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. Total delivery time includes both our order processing time and the carrier’s delivery time. Depending on your location, the carrier’s handling, seasonal variations, and external circumstances, delivery times may vary. For us, the total delivery time can in some cases take up to 30 days. If your order contains pre-order items or items on backorder, these will generally be shipped when they are back in stock, which may affect the total delivery time.
TRACKING AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is included in your chosen shipping option, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the parcel until delivery. Tracking information is updated by the carrier and may sometimes be delayed.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Costs depend on your delivery address, the weight/volume of the package, and the chosen shipping method. Any promotions or shipping discounts will be shown at checkout.
If multiple shipments are required for a single order, this will be communicated in your shipping confirmation.
DELIVERY ADDRESS AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. Address changes generally cannot be made once your order has been confirmed. If the carrier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed parcel, the shipment may be returned to us. When the item is returned, we will handle it in accordance with our applicable return and refund policies.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Once we hand over the shipment to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. Any damage that occurs after this must be reported to the carrier according to their procedures. You are welcome to contact us if you need documentation for a claim.
DELAYS AND EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Estimated delivery dates may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, strikes, or other force majeure-like events. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or external events. We will always do our best to inform you if we become aware of a significant delay.
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
For deliveries outside your home country, customs duties, import fees, and taxes may apply when the shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are paid by the recipient. We have no control over and are not responsible for such charges. SPLIT SHIPMENTS AND TEMPORARILY OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If one or more items are not available at the same time, we may split your order into multiple shipments. You will receive separate shipping confirmations in such cases. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available again, unless otherwise communicated.
UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will process it in accordance with our return and refund policy. Shipping costs that have been incurred may, where permitted, be deducted from the refund. For questions about specific cases, please contact us.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Check the package and its contents upon delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, contact us immediately and include your order number, photos of the packaging and product, as well as the carrier’s tracking information. We will assist you in investigating the matter and follow up with the next steps.
